The Pickle Grounds delivers clean, well-lit courts in a welcoming atmosphere, especially for evening play. Staff and hospitality stand out, but court spacing, wayfinding, and occasional operational lapses (bookings, flooring) frustrate some visitors; F&B prices also draw complaints.

Pickle Point delivers solid indoor and outdoor facilities with courts that feel spacious and well-kept, backed by responsive staff and a booking system that lets you cancel 24 hours before play. Courts book up quickly, so plan ahead; daytime glare and getting there during rush hour can both be frustrations, but free parking, on-site food, and a ball machine rental for solo training offset those hiccups.

Players consistently enjoy the clean, air-conditioned indoor courts and praise staff friendliness, especially team members like Noyon. Courts are spacious with good surfaces, regular sweeping between games, and ample parking nearby. Some frustration emerged around AC being turned off mid-session in an enclosed space, tight back-to-back booking protocols that rush players out, and a low ceiling that certain tall players find restrictive. The facility is also not easy to spot from the main lobby.
