Corrections, disputes, and removals

Pickleball Court Guide is an independent directory of pickleball court businesses across the Klang Valley. We build listings from publicly available information like websites and Google Business Profiles. Scores and review summaries come from a single, fixed rubric applied to every business, calculated from public Google reviews. Listing here is free, and payment can never change your score or ranking. This page explains how to request corrections, dispute a score, or ask for your listing to be removed. Corrections to your listing

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services are wrong on your listing, we can fix them. Send us the correct information along with proof, such as a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify it, the correction stays in place even when we refresh our data in future months.

Disputing a score

Scores are never hand-edited. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is usually that your reviews are being mixed with another business, your profile is matched to the wrong account, or our summary is misstating what reviewers actually wrote. File a dispute and we will re-check the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, it is a claim that the input data is incorrect.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed when the business is permanently closed, appears twice, or does not belong in this directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. An accurate, in-scope listing built from public information will usually stay up, and if we decline your request we will tell you directly rather than leave it unanswered.

Write to hello@waypoint.my with your business name, your listing's URL, and the change you are requesting. This directory is published by Waypoint Local Guides.

How long it takes

Every request you send gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. If we confirm your removal, it happens within 7 days. Requests we decline come with a clear reason.
